S04. Seiko Seikomatic-R Automatic watch Calibre 8305C

Seiko Seikomatic-R Automatic calibre 8305C watch

Condition: A nice piece, unique shape, rectangular but slightly curved around the edge along the length of the watch, a vintage Seikomatic-R. Ready to wear. Accuracy is excellent, less than - + 1 minute/24 hours.

Calibre: 8305C with quick-set date but no hacking function
Case: Stainless-steel
Case size: 31mm x 41mm (with crown 33 mm x 41mm)
Lug size: 18 mm
watch thickness: 10 mm
Production year: around 1967
Dial: Original. Nice, clean, shiny light grey metal look dial, round date window at 12 o'clock.
Crystal: acrylic, original
Bezel: Stainless-steel
Crown: unsigned
Strap: aftermarket leather strap
Water resistant: not water resistant/not waterproof.

Nice metallic clean dial. Fine scratches on crystal and casing

Radial lines as hour markers. Slight discolour between 8 - 9 o'clock.

This is a vintage piece serving for last many years, this could run 5 minutes ahead or slow in 24 hours. But we try to keep the accuracy within +-2 minutes/24 hours. Please don't expect it to work as a new piece or as accurate as a quartz watch.

5. All watches are checked for at least 24 hours prior to dispatch. But sometimes old mechanical watches (manual winding or automatic) tend develop minor issues overnight.

6. To be used as a daily wear, it's highly recommended all mechanical /automatic watch to be serviced and oiled.
