Year made: The first model, Seiko Laurel was made in 1913. This piece possibly was made in 1950's or early 60's, because many watches in those period look almost similar in dial design. And the numbers of jewel being used in the watch was only 11.
Movement: Old seikosha movement, manual winding.
Case diameter: 34.5mm without crown and 36mm with crown
Lug to lug: 42mm
Lug size:18mm

This is a vintage watch, produced many-many years ago. Their accuracy is not as good as Quartz watches. Timekeeping error within few seconds per day is considered very good.
The watch brings along the history of the previous owner (or owners), either a careful owner working in an office maybe an engineer, a doctor or a working man on the street, a labourer??
